FORGEDRIDER Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ForgedRider services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Service Description

ForgedRider provides GPS-verified motorcycle endurance certification services. We track, verify, and certify your motorcycle rides based on GPS data, odometer photos, and receipt verification.

3. User Responsibilities

As a ForgedRider user, you agree to:

Provide accurate information during registration
Ride safely and follow all traffic laws
Submit honest and verifiable ride data
Not manipulate or falsify GPS data
Pay the challenge fee ($65 per challenge)

4. Honor System

ForgedRider operates on an honor system supplemented with GPS verification, odometer photos, and receipt verification. Falsifying ride data may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Fees and Payments

Challenge fees are $65 per attempt. Fees are non-refundable once a challenge has been started. Payment must be completed before beginning a challenge.

6. Liability Disclaimer

ForgedRider is not responsible for:

Accidents or injuries during rides
GPS tracking errors or device malfunctions
Weather conditions or road hazards
Mechanical failures of your motorcycle

You ride at your own risk. Always prioritize safety.

7. Intellectual Property

All ForgedRider badges, certificates, logos, and branding are the property of ForgedRider. Users receive a license to display earned badges and certificates.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

Violation of terms of service
Fraudulent activity
Falsification of ride data
Abusive behavior toward other riders

9. Changes to Terms

ForgedRider reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email.
